As an Associate, you shall be responsible for supporting and participating in the successful implementation of Workday Financials with a focus on Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) capabilities in Workday: Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Customers, Banking, Expenses and Projects. You will provide Workday product and implementation knowledge to our engagements.

  • Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions.
  • Identify and address client needs: preparing concise, accurate documents and delivering on agreed-to timelines and commitments.
  • Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
    • System application implementations and software configurations
    • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the finance functions powered by Workday
    • Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 years
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and French required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Excel Dashboards, and financial data model.
