À propos

As a Sr Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) application and participate in the successful implementation of Workday HCM with a focus on Recruiting, Talent / Performance Management and Learning in Workday. You will provide Workday product and implementation knowledge to our engagements. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.   • Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
    • System application implementations and software configurations
    • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the HCM functions powered by Workday
    • Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality.

  • Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 year(s)
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and French required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
