À propos

As a Sr Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) application and participate in the successful implementation of Workday HCM with a focus on Payroll, Absence Management and Time Tracking in Workday. You will provide Workday product and implementation knowledge to our engagements. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their payroll processes, enhance absence management and time tracking, and achieve their strategic objectives.

  • Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
    • System application implementations and software configurations
    • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the Payroll functions powered by Workday
    • Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality.

  • Oral and written proficiency in English and French required
